How come CPU% in process is higher than in overall CPU Usage Percentage

The machine in question is using 100% of the cores available. In the situation presented, the pc or server has more than 1 core, therefore a process can use more than 1. That's why one process can use 425.7%, meaning that it's using more than 4 cores to do its job.
