How to install and use Pulse Secure VPN in Ubuntu 19.04?

Question

I can not install and run Pulse Secure version (ps-pulse-linux-9.0r4.0-b943-ubuntu-debian-64-bit-installer) in Ubuntu 19.04. When i looked documentation of suppoerted platform this ubuntu version is not include, how can i use this in ubuntu 19.04

I already tried installing packeging with dpkg -i ps-pulse-linux-9.0r4.0-b943-ubuntu-debian-64-bit-installer and following commands for installing that.

I expected to open GUI at least.
