How can I execute a C# program from a yaml file

I have a c# application.And I need to application works everyday night at 4.00 not manually. How can I fix the yaml file which yaml command should I use?

Taking the 'Yaml' thing out of the equation completely, use the console app you created and create a basic task through Task Scheduler.
