Getting error while importing a file: OSError: [WinError 126] The specified module could not be found

Question

I get following error message while trying to import a thisImagingSource file into my application. My current operating system is Windows10. Previously while using Windows8 I didn´t get this same error. Can some one help me?

I think tisgrabber isn't included in the standard python libary so you have to install it. You could do this with the console command pip install <name of the module> .
