Where to get password for ngrok rdp?

I'm using ngrok for a rdp connection but when I try and connect it asks for a password. Every password I try (windows, all user passwords, etc) none of them seem to work? Is there something i'm missing or have enabled that I shouldn't?

Just to make sure configs are working, just try to connect to localhost "if you can", and see if the credentials work.

On a Mac it will say something like it's not allowed on Localhost. Just want to make sure it's not a system configuration. Maybe try another account if you can.

But it "should" work, I do it all of the time.

Sorry it's not working, but I am confident that Ngrok can do this.
