Changing Web.Config for SSL Website

I have a SSL Website with port: 99. In my web.config what and where changes I have to make in order to get through this SSL Port?

This is my Web.Config File:

This change doesn't go in your web.config. You need to change the bindings on your website.

This is something you have to do in IIS.
