我可能是错的，但是您使用的是Windows，但是正如我在npmjs.com上看到的那样 – tfjs-node仅在Linux和macOS上可用。

TensorFlow.js for Node当前支持以下平台：

1. Mac OS X CPU（10.12.6 Siera或更高版本）
2. Linux CPU（Ubuntu 16.04或更高版本）
3. Linux GPU（Ubuntu 16.04或更高版本以及Cuda 9.0 w / CUDNN v7）（请参阅安装说明）
