Use Error Code or exception handling
Question
Right now I have a question on SQL Server Database Stored Procedures Best Practices, I want to know if is a best practice use "Error code" and "Error message" like output parameters of my Stored Procedure for Error control/handling or instead of this, is better practice using Exception handling for that purpouse.
