The code guide in XML does not work properly

my Android Studio don't show the coding guide for XML .

Seeing the picture below you understand what I mean:

Except for these three options, the rest of the help codes are not displayed(for Example: textsize, textcolor, layout_width, layout_height, id,...)

Is that Android Studio?

Try 1: Go to File -> Invalidate Caches/Restart -> Click at Invalidate and Restart

Try 2: Go to Settings -> Editor -> Code Completion -> mark as checked
