ERROR: mysqlclient-1.4.6-cp38-cp38-win_amd64.whl is not a supported wheel on this platform

Question

I tried to post my web app on Heroku but while pushing I got this error I am in trouble due to this error from last 1 week nowhere I am getting the answer.

The output is:

The error message seems clear:

A pre-receive hook on heroku side is rejecting your push because it fails to compile your application.

It fails because mysqlclient-1.4.6-cp38-cp38-win_amd64.whl is not a supported wheel.

It is not a supported wheel because, as explained in this article :

you may try install a wrong version of wheel, carefuly chose the one suit your environment eg python version, 32bit/64bit need same with your python bit version not system
