pgAdmin4 can't install in linux mint

Question

First of all sorry if my english is not very well.

I'm new linux user, and I'm trying to setup the apps for a job. I installed most of the programs that i need (python, postgre, etc), but when I tried to run pgadmin4, I have some problems.

I followed this guide to have a guide. Everything is ok, but in the last step, when I tried to run pgadmin with python pgadmin4env/lib/python3.8/site-packages/pgadmin4/pgadmin4.py or with ./pgadmin4env/bin/pgadmin4& , the terminal gives me the same error.

Sorry for the pictures.. I solved it, The key is to update the local packages with the pip tool, if someone had the same problem. use pip install-review for check the packages: Thanks both to answer :)
