我相信您的问题正在发生，因为 Cmake 在您的系统路径中找不到 cl 编译器。 尝试根据您安装的 Visual Studio 找到它，然后将其添加到您的系统路径。

这是可以找到 cl.exe 的路径示例。 现在我的是 14.0，但你的可能不同。

我尝试了所有解决方案，但没有一个解决了我的问题。 首先，我试图从我公司的需求文件中下载 opencv-python-headless。 虽然，每次我执行安装操作时它都会失败并给出这个错误。

conda install -c fastai opencv-python-headless=4.5.2.54

我像上面一样单独安装了opencv-python-headless，这确实解决了我的问题，也许它也可能有用。 所以，也许不是 pip，conda 可能是解决方案。
