Replace commas from string between < >

Question

I have to replace comma from the substring which is between < and > .

I have tried the following,

<cfset a = '<span,style="text-decoration:,underline;">testing, process</span></i>' />
<cfset a = REReplace(a,"\<(.*?)\>"," ","ALL")>
